Opera Stars on Stage in the West End
The Welsh beauty and singer was born in 1980 and showed her passion for music from a young age, performing throughout school and singing with the National choir other home country Wales.
She rose to popular fame after her song performed at Pope John Paul’s II Silver jubilee, and the record contract which followed catapulted her to a household name.
Her talents continued as she joined Darcey Bussell on stage with a new skill of tap dancing added to the mix, even performing for Her Majesty the Queen at the well known British Royal Variety Performance.
Her dancing interest was heightened when she came second in the American ‘Dancing with the Stars’ TV show.
She has given performances at globally renowned venues, sung for troops overseas and alongside some of the biggest operatic names of the century, including Il Divo and Andrea Bocelli.

Rodgers and Hammerstein’s Carousel first went on stage in 1945. 2017 will see the revival of this show, featuring Katherine Jenkins and the equally famous Alfie Boe. The historic musical also boasts a full chorus, a forty piece orch
estra and of course an outstanding cast.

A love story fraught with emotion – Carousel tells the tale of Julie and Billy, who fall in love despite his womanising tendencies and repeated warning from her family.
When Julie is expecting their baby, Billy finds himself in trouble deeper than he imagined and takes his own life. The show follows the story as his daughter becomes a teenager and Billy, who has been granted a second chance on earth, looks to amend his past mistakes. But Billy struggles to make the amends even while trying.
